Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings. Keep these definitions in mind when reading these terms.

"Platform"

"Platform" refers to bd667's website, mobile version, and all associated services and products operated under the bd667.lat domain.

"Member" or "User"

"Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has completed registration on bd667 and is using the platform through an active account.

"Terms"

"Terms" refers to this complete document, which sets out all legal obligations and policies for using the platform. These terms must be read together with bd667's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

"Services"

"Services" refers to all gaming, betting, casino, and other entertainment features provided by bd667, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other categories.

Membership & Eligibility

To create an account on bd667 and use the services, a member must meet the following conditions:

• The member must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those who are 21 years old or above.
• The member must be a citizen or lawful resident of Bangladesh.
• A valid mobile phone number and email address are required.
• The member must be mentally capable and able to make decisions of their own free will.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is not allowed.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. If false information is provided, bd667 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate all funds at any time.

Account Management

Login Security

The member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Keeping the password confidential and not sharing it with third parties is the member's own responsibility. If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed, the bd667 support team must be informed immediately.

Updating Information

If any member's personal information (such as mobile number or email) changes, the account details must be updated as soon as possible. bd667 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been unused for an extended period may be marked as inactive. To reactivate funds held in an inactive account, the support team must be contacted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

bd667 currently supports four payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount are not possible.

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, the support team should be notified.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from bd667 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the member's own registered mobile wallet.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• bd667 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any withdrawal for a security review.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on bd667 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus. This bonus is provided up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000. If a member deposits ৳42,000, they will receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and their total balance will be ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 to complete the wagering. Only after that will it be possible to withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are provided only against deposits made through bd667's designated payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• A member may take advantage of the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any other account.
• bd667 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If evidence of any bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

Betting Rules

General Betting Policy

bd667 offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, and slots. The following general rules apply to the use of each service:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Betting results incorrectly issued due to a technical error may be corrected or cancelled by bd667.
• If there is any dispute regarding the result of a game, the decision of bd667's authority is final.
• There must be sufficient balance in the account when placing a bet; betting with a negative balance is not possible.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Detailed information about bet types and markets can be found in the relevant section. bd667's sports betting section's specific rules apply to all bets.

Casino Games

To participate in live casino and slot games, members must follow the specific rules of each game in addition to these general terms. The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd667. If any such activity is proven, the member's account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be confiscated:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Using multiple identities to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through any form of hacking, software manipulation, or technical exploitation.
• Attempting to alter results by colluding with other members in games.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or operating an account for them.
• Attempting unauthorized access to bd667's systems.
• Conducting any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting bd667 staff.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

bd667 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or any other technical reason.
• If damage occurs due to a virus, malware, or other issues on the member's own device.
• If a transaction is delayed or disrupted due to a third-party payment service provider.
• If any loss occurs as a result of the member sharing their account details with someone else.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

Winning or losing in gaming is entirely the member's own decision and responsibility. bd667 does not provide any compensation for financial losses resulting from gaming.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before making the request, all withdrawable funds in the account must be withdrawn. Eligibility to open a new account after closure depends on the reason for closure.

Termination by bd667

bd667 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If prohibited activity (Section 7) is proven.
• If it is proven that an account was opened using a false identity or information.
• For investigation by the authorities or for legal requirements.

In the event of termination, decisions regarding funds will be made depending on the circumstances. If termination is due to a breach of terms, funds may be forfeited.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

bd667 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-account notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means the member has accepted the new terms and conditions. If a member does not agree with the new terms, they may request to close their account.
